A.C.E. Production Technologies offers a wide range of lead free soldering machines designed to meet your entire wave soldering requirements conventional leaded components and surface mounted devices. Our rugged, reliable, and compact, line consists of the basic KISS 101 system and programmable KISS 102. Both of these flexible systems feature lead-free compatible solder pots and are ideal for low volume assembly, prototyping, and rework, post reflow offline assembly and other soldering applications such as odd form devices. A variety of standard and custom nozzles are available for both machines. Both systems are bench top models with optional carriages for standalone use. The latest addition to these lines of flexible systems is KISS-103, and the KISS-104.
The advantage of Wave soldering is that it often compliments reflow assembly and that is the reason why it is still preferred even today. Wave soldering is intrinsically suited for continuous production. Modification of board size and configurations are readily incorporated. However, operators need to be adroit and processes optimized to realize the most cost effective wave soldering production output.

The KISS-101 is simple to set up and use, features analog controls, and provides the kind of flexibility needed in a quick-turn rework or light assembly facility. It can accumulate PCB's from 2" x 2" up to 18" x 24", and connectors up to 10" long. Its footprint is 30" x 32".
The programmable KISS 102 is a fully automated machine that uses the proven 'traveling mini-solder wave. This system overcomes the limitations of operator-dependent soldering with a truly flexible molten solder delivery system. It is designed to fill the gap between hand soldering and more expensive automated in-line robotic selective soldering. The KISS 102 couples higher throughput with precise process controls. The programmable features provide the tools to set all process parameters, including immersion depths, pre-heat dwells, travel distances and speeds, solder temperature, and wave height. Once set, the system will repeat precisely. It can be programmed via a laptop computer. The dimensions and part handling sizes of the 102 are the same as those of the 101.
