Control Panel Features

The control panel features (from left to right):

• "Flowmeter" for the nitrogen
  
  
• "Cycle Start" switch (dual switches)
  
  
• "Dwell Timer" (for initial and last contact with the solder to achieve adequate soak)
  
  
• "Power On/Off" switch
  
  
• "Dual readout, PID Temperature controller"
  
  
• "Solder Pot On/Off" (temp)
  
  
• "Solder Pump On/Off"
  
  
• "Auto/Jog" selector switch
  
  
• "Joystick" for jog and teach (has directional LEDs to show what you are doing)
  
  
• "Remove/Install" selector switch
  
  
• "E.S.D." terminal (to connect a wrist strap)
  
  
• "Speed Control Dials" for X , Z and solder pump speeds
  
  
• "Low Solder" indicator light
  
  
• "Stop Remove Cycle" button
