Our Selective Soldering Process Lab:

We are proud of our formidable Process Laboratory at ACE. Our knowledgeable staff of Engineers and Technicians are ready and equiped to process your samples. Along with the ACE soldering equipment we have installed X-Ray, Ionic testing and solderability testing which may be used and included in your comprehensive lab report along with a video of your sample so you can see exactly what we did. Please contact your local Representative or send us a note to start the process.

 The ACE procedure for processing your samples includes the following steps:

We will process your samples and return them to you usually within 10 working days. The returned samples will include a video showing the setup of the KISS machine and the fluxing and soldering of your products. On the video we also discuss various aspects of the process and a critique of the results. The video also shows a completed run time. A written lab report is also included describing how we processed your samples with detail of the parameters (fluxing, soldering, temperatures, dwells, ect.). We also supply a formal quotation for the correct KISS machine configured specifically to meet your needs. We can also help with the R.O.I. and financing. All this information will allow you to make the best choices for you and your Company.
